Information you give us

When you request an estimate through the form on this website, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (optional), city or ZIP code, the service you are interested in and your project description.

If you call, text, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive the information you share in that conversation. Those messages are also handled by the phone, messaging or email provider you use.

How we use it

We use the information you send to reply to your request, prepare an estimate, talk with you about your project and keep a record of the requests we receive.

How estimate requests are handled

When you submit the form, your request is sent to our business email inbox and a copy is saved on the server of our website hosting provider, so a request is not lost if an email fails to arrive. Each request receives a reference number.

The copy saved on the website server is kept for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically. Emails in our inbox and backups kept by our hosting provider follow their own schedules.

Together with your request we may record how you reached our website, for example the page where you started, the referring website, campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as utm_source) and advertising click identifiers (such as Google's gclid). This helps us understand which advertising and pages bring in requests.

Analytics, advertising measurement and cookies

This website may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools can use cookies, advertising identifiers and similar technologies to measure how the website is used, which pages and ads lead to contact, and how our advertising performs.

The website also stores a small amount of information in your browser (for example the first page you visited and advertising click identifiers) for up to 90 days, so that a later estimate request can be connected to the ad or campaign that brought you here.

If you reach this website from a Google ad, Google may show a Google forwarding phone number instead of our regular number. Calls to that number are forwarded to our business line, and Google reports call details such as the time, duration and caller area code to us so we can measure calls from ads.

These tools are set up with Google Consent Mode, which lets them adjust how they store and use data based on consent settings.

Enhanced conversions

When you submit the estimate form, information you provided in the form (such as your email address, phone number, name and ZIP code) may be sent to Google in a hashed (encoded) form to measure whether our ads led to your request. This is a feature of Google Ads called enhanced conversions. It is used for measurement, and Google processes this data according to its own policies.
